No mobile interface - One of the biggest complaints I hear about HubSpot is that it's difficult to navigate. There's always a lot of clutter, lots of buttons everywhere, and tons of options to choose from. Even worse, it can sometimes feel impossible to find where certain features are located on the screen. With Constant Contact, the opposite happens. Everything is tiny, cramped together, and extremely easy to miss. Plus, it's nearly impossible to scroll through a list of contacts due to the layout design. Why bother creating visual menus if everything is laid out poorly?
Who should use Constant Contact?
