There are several ways by which you could potentially break this rule, depending on your settings. You may think "Oh, no! My client lets me write hundreds of emails everyday!" Well, unfortunately not everyone follows instructions properly. Here's what you can do to circumvent the restriction:

Use multiple labels instead of categories: Categories are basically groups of labels that appear together on your message list. By changing your category settings, you can split your label into smaller chunks so you won't hit any caps. To change your setting, click More actions then choose Labels. Then set Split Messages Between Multiple Labels. From now onwards, whenever you compose a new email, look through the available options under All Labels and select the ones you wish to categorize the email under. This way, you'll never exceed the total amount of allowed messages per day.

Create filters: Filters allow you to apply conditions to incoming emails based on various criteria. Since you can attach files to emails, you would probably often end up using lots of large documents in your inbox. So why don't you create a filter that automatically moves such emails to another folder called “Large Files"? That way, you wouldn’t even see them anymore until you're ready to open/download them yourself. The drawback is that you might miss something while creating the filter, so double-check carefully. Also, you can also move individual emails to different folders. Click Create Filter and type in whatever condition(s) you'd like to base your filtering on. Simply visit the Accounts tab, click Manage next to Send bulk responses, unmark the box next to Automatically reply to new messages, and delete any existing auto-replies. It works great for newsletters. However, keep in mind that non-spam emails cannot contain links back to the sender’s website.

Another option is to host images and videos on YouTube or Vimeo. Both platforms allow you to embed prerecorded video clips into your blog posts, making it look as though you created them yourself.
