How much do you pay for HubSpot?

How much do you pay for HubSpot?

If you're looking into HubSpot but aren't sure where your budget is going to come from, we have good news—HubSpot offers several different subscription plans that are designed around the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs.

We've compiled this guide so you can get an idea what each plan includes without having to contact customer service or hop through hoops just to find out how much it costs. If you know exactly which product(s) you need, feel free to skip ahead! Otherwise, read below to learn about HubSpot's pricing options.

Pricing details will vary by region, company size, number of users, and other factors. All prices listed here reflect US Dollars.

HubSpot Starter ($29/month): This option provides unlimited email support, co-branded training materials, access to our entire library of videos, webcasts, forums, etc., as well as two hours per month of one-on-one time with a success coach. It also gives you priority technical issues like updates and bugs fixes over others who wait longer for them.

Plus (+$19/month): The Plus package adds advanced analytics, enterprise grade security, custom branding options, more than 2GB file storage space, premium SEO tools, and priority chat support.

Business Pro (+$49/month): Business Pro customers enjoy everything included in the Plus tier plus even more features such as more control over their data privacy, dedicated team members, and dedicated phone numbers.

Enterprise Edition (EE) ($149/user/year): EE grants companies with multiple locations, complex business requirements, and large teams full access to all products, including Enterprise Support, Advanced Analytics, Security, Custom Branding & Domain Management, Premium SEO Tools, Dedicated Customer Success Teams, Priority Chat Support, and 24x7 Technical Expertise via live chats every day.

Can I pay HubSpot with PayPal?

Currently, HubSpot charges its customers using either PayPal Standard payments or Authorize.net credit card processing services. You'll be able to choose whichever works best for you when setting up your account, but there may be some limitations depending on your location. For example, if you use PayPal, you must reside within the United States or Canada. Similarly, if you use Authorize.NET, you cannot purchase HubSpot directly from outside those regions. However, both providers allow you to process transactions in these countries anyway.

You should note that PayPal doesn't charge any fees for sending money between accounts, nor does PayPal take ownership of HubSpot's intellectual property as part of your transaction. As long as you don't store sensitive information on HubSpot itself, you shouldn't encounter any problems.

For additional information regarding whether HubSpot supports PayPal payments, please refer to our FAQ page.

PayPal integration makes it easy to start selling right away. Once you sign up for HubSpot, select "Set Up New Subscription" under My Account, then click +Add Product. From here, add the appropriate product(s), enter your desired price and shipping address, and create a secure payment button for buyers.

After clicking Add Product, you’ll see a popup window asking for your “Secure User ID” and password. These credentials let you authorize PayPal Payments Standard to receive funds. Then follow the instructions displayed on screen until they prompt you to continue adding items to cart.

Once the checkout process has finished, PayPal will send a notification containing your receipt and final order total to the email address associated with your HubSpot account.

Note: Your first invoice generated during setup will include a $1 fee, but subsequent invoices won’t contain any fees.

How does HubSpot billing work?

Every month, HubSpot sends you detailed usage reports showing how many emails were sent, leads created, website views recorded, unique site visits tracked, etc. Based on these figures, HubSpot estimates your monthly bill. To avoid surprises later, make sure to check your recent activity report before paying. Here is a sample screenshot of a typical report provided during setup:

Each invoice contains a summary of your activities throughout the previous month, along with estimated revenue based on your current pricing. By default, HubSpot automatically bills your card once the due date passes. However, you can change this date or schedule automatic recurring billing dates by selecting Recurring Billing Options under Settings.

Also notice that HubSpot displays the exact amount of money left after taxes and fees. In addition, you’ll see the remaining days left to cancel your contract. Please keep this in mind because canceling early isn’t always beneficial.

To view your upcoming billing cycle, go to your Profile tab. Under Invoicing Preferences, scroll down to Schedule Next Billing Cycle. Click Edit next to When Due Date to adjust this date manually. Or else, pick a convenient time, say 1 week from today, and hit Save Changes.

On older versions of HubSpot, you could only modify the frequency of invoicing. Now, however, you can customize how often you want to be billed, which means you can decide to pay less frequently while still getting accurate reporting.

Another way to reduce spending is to upgrade to the Business Pro Plan or higher instead of upgrading your existing plan. We recommend doing this if you intend to pay off your debt faster rather than increase sales.

Finally, remember that you can track your expenses separately from your income. Head back to Settings > Configuration > Expenses. Enter your bank statements and receipts to build a better picture of your actual spendings.

How do I pay with HubSpot?

As mentioned above, HubSpot automatically debits cards whenever your billing period ends. But you can stop this action by disabling Automatic Billing. Simply visit Settings > General Setup > Auto Billing Preferences, uncheck Automatically Charge Card, and save changes. You can enable automatic charging again anytime you wish.

Alternatively, you might prefer to pay using PayPal Credit, which allows you to spread out your purchases across months. Just head to Payment Methods > Create A Paypal Link, give the merchant name something catchy, and copy the resulting code onto your browser bar.

Please note that PayPal may not accept certain foreign currencies. Also, if you already have a valid debit or credit card issued by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or another financial institution, simply log into PayPal as normal and make sure to select Debit / Credit Cards as your preferred method of payment.

When it comes to choosing a platform that will enable your business growth strategy over the next few years, one of the first things you should look into is how affordable it is. If you are looking to hire new employees or expand operations across multiple locations, then you need to be sure about the cost involved before making any purchase decisions.

HubSpot has emerged as an industry leader when it comes to providing scalable solutions for businesses from different industries. The company offers its services at affordable rates without compromising quality. In this article, we'll discuss everything you need to know regarding HubSpot pricing plans and payment options available with them.

Let’s get started!

Can I use HubSpot for free?

Yes, there are certain instances where you may not require additional licenses if you choose to go with HubSpot Free option. For example, if you want to test out HubSpot to see whether it meets your requirements or if you don't care about paying extra money every month for advanced features like Salesforce integration.

In addition to that, if you're interested in using HubSpot as part of a team and collaborate with other members within your organization, HubSpot allows up to five active user accounts per Enterprise plan (paid annually). However, each member needs to subscribe individually. This means that you won't share your login information with anyone else. You also cannot access shared resources unless they are explicitly set up by someone within your group. Finally, HubSpot does offer limited support during tech troubleshooting hours.

If you'd rather focus solely on the price factor while exploring HubSpot alternatives, then the Starter package might work best for you. It costs $19/month per person for unlimited email marketing, social media management, lead generation tracking, etc., but you only get three concurrent users. Another plus point here is that you can try out HubSpot completely risk-free for 30 days after subscribing to it.

On top of these, there are several more ways you can save some cash on HubSpot subscription fees depending upon which product suits your specific needs better. Here are two such examples:

1) If you currently use Google Analytics for website analytics purposes, HubSpot might seem like a waste because it doesn't include built-in reporting tools. But rest assured, you can still leverage both platforms simultaneously. Simply install the HubSpot app on your existing site and embed relevant code onto your webpages. That way, you can track metrics, generate reports, and manage your content effortlessly. All data collected through this method stays private and secure.

2) Similarly, if you already own VeroPro video recording devices, you could opt for HubSpot Video Capture Pro instead of getting a separate license for Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. With Video Capture Pro, you can easily record live streams, create videos, add subtitles, and publish them straight to YouTube. Plus, you also get automatic syncing capabilities so that your recorded footage always matches your original script.

How many users can you have in HubSpot account?

As mentioned earlier, HubSpot limits the number of concurrent users based on the size of your enterprise. Depending on what type of business you belong to, your team size varies greatly. Therefore, it becomes really important to determine exactly how big your business is going to become before committing yourself to one particular solution provider.

To find out approximately how many users would fit well in your current situation, consider taking advantage of HubSpot Pricing Calculator tool. Based on your answers, you can get a clear idea of how many people would make sense for your business to acquire HubSpot subscriptions.

Afterward, refer to our list below to learn about the various packages offered by HubSpot for varying sizes of companies:

Small Business Package - Starting at just $9/user/mo ($8 monthly fee + $0.30 SaaS), Small Business Plan includes basic CRM features, automated emails, newsletters, auto responders, 1GB cloud storage space, scheduled posts, and custom domains.

Midmarket Package - At $17.50/user/mo ($16.25 recurring charge+$0.75 SaaS), Midmarket Plan provides a variety of useful automation functionalities along with easy customization. Moreover, midmarket customers get 2TB cloud storage capacity, priority technical support, multi-currency billing, etc.

Enterprise Package - Costing around $29/user/mo ($27.5 periodic fee+$1 SaaS), Enterprise Plan gives enterprises the ability to perform complex tasks efficiently. Additionally, clients who avail this package enjoy 5TB cloud storage space, dedicated customer success manager, 24x7x365 US-based phone support, and extensive training programs.

Large Business Package - Starts at $39.70/user/mo ($36.80 recurring charge+$2 SaaS), Large Business Plan is specially designed for organizations that deal with hundreds of thousands of leads per year. Apart from standard CRM functionalities, this package also enables marketers to monitor campaign performance via KPIs, improve conversion rate, increase ROI, etc.

How can I pay for HubSpot?

There are basically four methods through which you can fund your HubSpot account: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and invoice. Since most individuals prefer using their debit cards for online transactions, HubSpot supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club Cards.

Moreover, you can request a refund for unused credits on your card in case you change your mind later. And since HubSpot uses Stripe for processing payments, you can seamlessly integrate the service with your eCommerce apps too.

However, there are times when you aren't able to process credit card charges due to insufficient funds. Thankfully, HubSpot lets you store your credit card numbers securely so that users can pay directly from their bank accounts whenever necessary. To facilitate this feature, you must first activate it under Settings " Payment Processing & Services. After doing so, simply log in to HubSpot and select Bill Me Now option located right beneath My Account button. Then enter your banking details and click Submit.

Finally, remember to check the box indicating that you wish to receive the Invoice sent to your primary address. Otherwise, you can send us an email anytime to let us know that you would like to skip creating an invoice. We'll respect your decision.

Here are step-by-step instructions detailing how you can pay for HubSpot using PayPal:

Log in to your HubSpot instance and head over to Manage Your Subscriptions section. Click Edit next to your desired plan.

Click Continue once again.

Create a password for your personal account and hit Create User.

Fill in your name, username, email address, mobile number, postal address, city, state, country, zip code, birthday, gender, profile picture, description, security question, role, language preference, time zone, currency preferences, and privacy settings. Also, provide additional detail about why you think HubSpot would benefit your business.

Click Save Changes.

Now fill in the required fields for Personal Information Section. Next, scroll down until you reach Password Change Request. Enter your old password followed by New Password twice and Confirm New Password. Hit Save Changes.

Once done, click Update Details.

Choose a Security Question and Answer. Type in a strong password and confirm it. Then, click Generate Passphrase. Lastly, copy generated passcode and paste it back into the respective field.

You've now successfully created your HubSpot account.

Can you take payments on HubSpot?

Hubspot integrates Zelle with its Payments module, allowing merchants to accept payments made via credit cards or third party apps. On the contrary, you can choose to accept payments manually via Direct Deposit, Check, Credit Card, Digital Wallet, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Amazon Pay, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Skrill, WebMoney, MoneyPak, and Alipay.

Furthermore, you can schedule refunds for outstanding invoices with ease. Just follow these steps:

Go to Accounts tab.

Select Refund Transaction.

Then, copy the reference ID and proceed further.

Lastly, verify the transaction status and click Send Refund Email.

That being said, HubSpot doesn't allow you to collect donations through its system. So, feel free to ask anything related to setting up donation page, collecting donations, managing nonprofit partners, etc.

We hope this guide helped you understand HubSpot pricing model and payment procedures thoroughly. Furthermore, note that the prices mentioned above are applicable only for annual contracts. Once signed up, you can cancel your plan anytime.

Besides offering flexible pricing models, HubSpot also strives to meet client demands by providing unmatched levels of customer satisfaction. As a result, the majority of HubSpot's clients come back to the platform time and again thanks to its efficient delivery systems and unparalleled professionalism.

So far, we've discussed everything you needed to know about HubSpot pricing plans and payment options available with them. Before finalizing your decision, you should compare the pros and cons of HubSpot against other popular marketing software providers.

There are a lot of different ways that businesses can choose to spend money on their online presence—from using cloud services like Google Docs or Microsoft 365 to purchasing dedicated servers. But one popular option many companies use is by paying an annual fee for something called "HubSpot Basic."

For $199 per month (that doesn't include any other charges), you get the ability to create landing pages, manage email lists, monitor social media accounts, post blog content, track your website analytics, send emails, add forms, schedule newsletters, and more. It's essentially everything you need to launch a successful business with just one subscription. And it comes from a reputable company with a proven history of delivering quality products.

But how does this compare to what you'd be spending if you were buying separate pieces of software for each service? We talked to HubSpot to find out how its plans stack up against some of the industry leaders. Here's what we found out about whether HubSpot is worth the price tag when compared to similar offerings.

Can I pay for HubSpot monthly?

Yes! The most affordable plan offered by HubSpot costs $12.50 per month ($150/year) with no set up fees. You'll have unlimited users across all platforms, so there will never be a time where your account won't work as intended because too few people are using it. This makes it ideal for small startups who don't want to fork over thousands upfront but also aren't looking to tie themselves down long term.

That said, even though there are cheaper options available, they're not quite comparable. For example, MailChimp offers a Starter package which includes three months free after signing up, then costs $17.99 per month thereafter. In comparison, HubSpot offers two years of full support, meaning that should anything ever go wrong with your account, the team behind it would still look into helping you fix things — unlike say, AWeber. If you're interested in signing up for these lower prices, check out our guide on how to switch providers without losing data first.

If you're someone who needs specific features, such as being able to connect multiple apps together, however, you may wish to consider upgrading to Premium or Enterprise. Both packages offer additional perks such as custom domain names, multi-currency support, higher limits for number of subscribers, etc., but those upgrades come with a pretty hefty cost increase.

The highest tier, Enterprise+, starts at $499 per year and has special benefits including API integrations, advanced reporting tools, single sign-on functionality, and more. To put that in perspective, the lowest tier, Plus, only allows 2GB file attachments in emails versus Unlimited upload size on Enterprise+.

In addition to monthly pricing tiers, HubSpot also offers yearly payment plans which are slightly better than a straight subscription in terms of value. Instead of paying for 12 months every year, you're spreading the expense out over 24 months. So while you end up paying extra per month, you're saving overall since you're not shelling out cash annually. However, you'll still have to decide between either getting billed once a year or making sure you budget enough to cover your entire subscription period.

Overall, HubSpot's pricing structure is fairly competitive considering their market position. As mentioned above, the biggest difference comes from their premium plans which start at around $350-$400 per year. With that said, HubSpot isn't trying to compete directly with enterprise solutions like Salesforce or Oracle—they've got bigger fish to fry. They're focused on providing accessible yet powerful web technology that anyone can use regardless of experience level. Their mission statement explains it best: “to make modern digital life easier, faster, and less expensive," and that means catering to everyone from solopreneurs to large enterprises.

Can you take payments through HubSpot?

Absolutely! One thing HubSpot excels at is automating common tasks for customers. That's why it integrates so seamlessly with PayPal. While you might already know that you can buy stuff on Amazon via PayPal, did you realize you could actually accept credit card payments right within the platform itself? After setting up your merchant bank information, HubSpot automatically redirects new visitors to the appropriate page for processing your transaction.

You can customize this feature further by adding text links at the bottom of your checkout screens directing them back to your site instead. Or maybe you prefer sending potential clients to another form where they fill out required fields before moving onto the next step. Whatever works best for your audience, HubSpot lets you build customized flows based off visitor behavior.

When creating a flow, you’ll see exactly what happens whenever someone takes action on a particular event. Then, you can simply adjust the settings accordingly until you reach optimal conversion rates. Like Google Analytics, HubSpot provides detailed reports to show you how effective certain tactics have been.

As far as security goes, HubSpot uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive customer data and keeps tabs on user activity with IP addresses. Your credit card details are never shared with merchants, and you retain ownership of your data.

Depending on the type of product you sell, you may want to tweak these settings according to your own preferences. For example, when selling digital goods, you’d probably want to limit purchases to a maximum amount per session rather than allowing buyers to continue shopping indefinitely. On the other hand, if you’re running eCommerce sites you might opt to let people keep browsing as they please since you likely receive repeat visits from returning visitors.

How do I access HubSpot billing?

After you log into your account, head to My Account > Billing & Payments. From here, select View Details under the Plan Summary section. Once again, depending on the tier you signed up for, you might notice differences in the exact location where you can view this info. Regardless, this list shows basic usage stats broken down by device, app, and source.

Here you’ll see breakdowns of total minutes used across all channels, along with individual metrics for calls placed, texts sent, messages received, and more. These figures display cumulative totals going back six months, although you can scroll forward to view previous periods individually. Again, note that this varies depending on the tier you purchased.

Under the Overview tab, you’ll see a graph showing your current balance remaining. This area displays both your past due bills and future estimated ones. Below that, you’ll find a summary of last month’s transactions. Finally, beneath that is a list of upcoming events scheduled throughout the rest of the quarter, followed by a chart detailing how often you reached sales goals during the latest period.

Like most tech giants, HubSpot utilizes Stripe for its online banking system. When making a purchase, you’ll see a green stripe appear alongside the item name, indicating that it was processed successfully. Otherwise, you’ll see red lines underneath the items you’ve ordered. Depending on your chosen plan, you’ll always be notified when your bill becomes delinquent. At that point, you’ll receive an alert letting you know that your payment hasn’t arrived yet. From there, you can visit your dashboard to review outstanding debts.

How much is sales hub starter for HubSpot?

Sales Hub is HubSpot’s lead generation tool. It helps automate repetitive processes typically done manually by marketers, giving them more time to focus on building relationships with prospects. Since HubSpot wants to streamline the journey between a consumer discovering your brand and becoming a client, this tool is essential for growing your business.

It contains intuitive drag-and-drop functionalities that allow beginners to quickly learn how to design professional landing pages. Whether you’re targeting freelancers, entrepreneurs, or established companies, you can easily craft eye-catching pitches that compel readers to click. There are templates built specifically for various industries, plus you have access to hundreds of professionally designed assets that you can incorporate into your designs.

Sales Hub gives you the ability to generate leads directly from your existing websites. Using HTML code, you can integrate popups displaying call-to-action buttons that direct consumers to your sales funnel. It also provides split testing capabilities, enabling you to test variations of your ads to figure out which perform best. Lastly, if you’re working with smaller teams, you can assign unique roles to members so they can collaborate on designing and managing campaigns.
