How many emails can I send with HubSpot free account?

There's no limit on the number of emails you can send per day with HubSpot. The maximum amount varies depending on whether you're using the Free plan or Premium version of their services.

If you're signed up for HubSpot's Free Plan, you'll be able to send 10 total emails each month. This means that you can send up to 100 total emails annually. You can see this reflected within your dashboard as well. On top of the standard monthly limits, you'll notice that there are additional daily limits based upon how many people receive your messages. If only 1 person opens your email, then you won't exceed your allotted bandwidth usage. However, if you send out an email to 500 users, but none open them, then you'll hit your cap quicker than normal.

For example, if you sent an email to 50 people last week, but only 5 opened it, you'd technically "only" send 45 other emails per month. As long as you stay below these caps, however, you shouldn't run into any problems.

On the flip side, if you opt for the premium version ($10/month), you'll be given unlimited access to everything HubSpot has to offer. While you may not find some of the advanced functions useful now, they could come in handy down the road.

As far as the types of plans go, HubSpot offers two main options: One includes basic functionality like auto responders, while the other focuses solely on lead capture. Both allow you to schedule emails to be delivered later when necessary.

You should note, though, that HubSpot doesn't include Gmail integration. Instead, you must rely on Google Apps accounts to maintain a connection between your inbox and the platform itself. Although this might sound like a disadvantage, it actually makes things easier because you can set up filters for specific keywords or phrases. Using this method instead of Gmail helps keep your personal information private.

In addition to this, HubSpot says that every user receives 2 GB worth of storage space for attachments and files. So yes, you can attach large documents to your emails without any worries about running out of room.

Now that you know how to set up campaigns, let's talk about automation. Automation is essentially a series of rules that tell HubSpot what actions to perform automatically. These include triggering emails at specific times, sending follow ups after interactions, scheduling future dates, adding images and attachments, among others. To get started, head to Automate Today and select Create A New Automation. Follow the steps until you reach the point where you can edit existing automated messages. These shortcomings aside, HubSpot is arguably better suited for beginners interested in learning about email marketing fundamentals. Even seasoned professionals can benefit greatly from using HubSpot due to its intuitive interface.

We've talked about how HubSpot has become "the most popular SaaS platform for B2B companies," but what exactly does this mean for its users? Does every business owner need to pay for their own domain name and hosting services when they sign up for HubSpot? Or are there some perks available only to those who have paid plans? Let's take a look at everything you'll get as part of your HubSpot subscription — and whether or not you actually need all these bells and whistles.

How many emails can I send per month with HubSpot?

As soon as you log into your account on the web app, you're greeted by a customizable welcome page where you can add links to new leads, share important information about the product or service you provide, etc. This area will show any newsletters, e-newsletters or other content that you want to include as well as social media sharing options. You can even link people directly to specific landing pages within your HubSpot website. Then just click Send Email Invitations while logged in on the desktop version of the site (available through Gmail). The system will automatically generate addresses based off the contacts you choose and populate them onto your list. From here, you can simply start sending out messages right away! If you prefer to do things manually, you can always import existing contact lists via CSV file.

You don't necessarily need to purchase a dedicated address for each person on your list because you can set up multiple different accounts under one main profile. That means you could have separate personal and professional profiles, for example. In addition, there isn't a limit to the number of subscribers you can have on HubSpot either. It depends on which plan you select, though. For instance, HubSpot Basic gives you 100 recipients per campaign, whereas Business Plus gives you 200. So if you're looking to reach more than your current subscriber base, make sure you pick the correct package for your situation.

If you'd rather stick with one single email account for both work and play, you can still manage two separate mailing lists using HubSpot. Just go to Settings & Lists and enable Multiple List Support. When creating campaigns, you can assign different labels accordingly so you know which type of lead they received something specifically tailored towards.

All of this seems great at first glance, but let's say someone else in my office wants to use HubSpot to send out our weekly newsletter. Can we adjust the settings so that only certain types of emails end up going straight to his/her inbox instead of mine? How would he/she access this tab? What happens if they forget their password or lose control over the group's admin privileges? Are there security risks involved in allowing another user to manage the newsletter? Is there anything we can do to prevent him/her from doing whatever s/he pleases with the email template files themselves? These are questions we should probably ask ourselves before handing over the keys to our entire email client program. Luckily, HubSpot lets us answer these concerns through a feature called Restrict Access. We can restrict users' ability to edit or delete files altogether or give them limited permissions to change individual elements. On the mobile apps, you can grant a user permission to view, schedule, and respond to messages individually instead of being able to see everyone's responses simultaneously. This way, you can maintain your privacy and avoid potential mishaps along the way.

The best thing about restricting user access is that it doesn't apply to basic functionality like adding new contacts or editing subscriptions. Users won't be able to mess around with the bulk emailing process unless you authorize it beforehand. They'll never open up the HTML editor to try and hack together their own code; they'll need your help to do that.

As long as you stay connected at all times, you'll receive an automatic response within hours.

In case you were wondering, HubSpot does offer a premium tier aimed at larger businesses. It includes additional storage space for your database and increased processing capacity. Since HubSpot provides unlimited data transfer between locations, you shouldn't run into any bandwidth issues regardless of your size.
