Looking back at my explanation of HubSpot, you'll notice that despite being relatively sophisticated, it still manages to provide a clean and straightforward UI. Whenever you open the application, you feel like you already know what to do. Overall, HubSpot feels less intimidating than other providers in terms of learning curve. Plus, the fact that it's 100% cloud-based eliminates worries surrounding server downtime.

Is HubSpot perfect? Of course not. It's far from flawless and certainly lacks certain features found elsewhere. For instance, there's no API integration available for developers. Also, HubSpot's lack of native Android and iOS apps limits accessibility. Lastly, HubSpot hasn't released a Mac version yet although they claim to be developing one soon. Despite these shortcomings, HubSpot continues to expand rapidly. Therefore, it's clear that it's going to remain competitive for years to come.
